BAGHOUSE FILTER

Baghouse filters are used as an effective way to clean flue gas from combustion units. They function as dust collectors, typically collecting over 99% of incoming dust, making them a very effective solution for flue gas cleaning. Our baghouses are designed with a tangent inlet for flue gas and have a built-in cyclone that ensures optimal airflow and even load on the filter bags. This approach combines the advantages of bag filters and multicyclones. The filter bottom comes with an ash outfeeder which continuously directs the ash to a rotary valve, from which it can be transported further for disposal. The system is equipped with a Pulse Jet system to clean the filter bags. For reliable long-term operation, the filter housing is equipped with thermal insulation and a heated floor, ensuring that internal temperatures remain above the flue gas dew point and protecting the system against condensation and corrosion. We can deliver the filter insulated and with electrical installations from our factory.

Advantages:

  • Flue gas cleaning of dust, typical level <10 mg/Nm3
  • Operation temperature up to 250°c
  • Periodic cleaning cycles using compressed air, controlled by differential pressure for optimal cleaning
  • Built-in cyclone increases efficiency and reduces risk of overheating
  • Customised solutions can be retrofitted into existing plants
  • Plug-and-play delivery from our factory
