The summer of 2017, Runarsson A/S was contacted by the main contractor for Hinnerup District Heating 12Mw straw-fired boiler plant. Their primary subcontractor had gone bankrupt. So the project was at a standstill. Many parts had been delivered, but there was a lot missing and montering was not near completion. Runarsson A/S become the main partner to finalize the plant. This was the start of a long-term collaboration with Hinnerup District Heating. That is still ongoing.
